After a busy two weeks demolition of the old farmhouse was completed
today. I cannot speak too highly of the small team from Winchcombe Reclamation –
pleasant, proficient and professional.

Whilst bricks were removed and cleaned by hand,
a Merlo telehandler with a self levelling cab and a 17 tonne JCB excavator helped
clear the remaining hardcore. Large
numbers of bricks & tiles have been reclaimed as well as many of the old
beams.
Research continues on bricks, tiles, septic tanks, triple glazed windows and solar thermal system Technical updates will follow in due course.
